Plan The Ceremony
Planning your ceremony doesn’t need yo be a daunting undertaking. It can be a very rewarding experience when you are able to select the elements that you want to transform our space into your space. Our comprehensive approach covers all aspects of the wedding, from initial consultation and budget development to vendor selection, design, and on-the-day coordination of the wedding and the reception.
The Venue
Choosing an opulent wedding venue is key to realizing your “dream come true” wedding. Within a lavish venue, you’ll have room for all the trimmings of a posh wedding. Think a historic residential property with luxuriously carpeted and tiled floors, artworks and gilded mirrors, chandeliers and lighting, lavishly decorated tables and seating, a stage with sound/theatre system – the perfect backdrop for your ballgown and tuxedo.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Catering: You may choose the food for your culinary event. Our vendor list is a guide for your reference. Outside caterers are permitted to use our commercial kitchen for warming purposes only. . If you have a special items to be brought in please discuss this with a manager so we can arrange for someone to be onsite. Food Trucks are allowed in the parking lot only.
Fire Restrictions: Due to town ordinance the use of Fireworks, Wish Lanterns, Smoke Machines, & Fog Machines are not permitted. Only faux candles are allowed. Any cold pyrotechnics require a permit from the Ridgewood Fire department
Seating: Our 60” tables are round and can accommodate 8 to 10 persons.
Staff: We provide an assistant for every 80 wedding reception guest.
Audio/Visual: We have Projection screens, surround sound with wireless audio integration, and portable viewing monitors. PC/MAC compatible & a smart TV for your personal montage & presentations.
Vendors: Contracting for the Band/DJ, Photographer, and Florist/Decorator is the responsibility of the party. Please provide us with a valid certificate of liability insurance from any persons contracted for your event.
Non-Members Welcome: Our venue facility is open to the public. You do not have to be a member to host an event.
Bridal Suite: We have a private bridal room with an en-suite facility for the bridal party.
Pets: We are a dog friendly facility. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Just let us know in advance that your four-legged friend will be part of the celebration.
Photographs: During your event, our entire facility is available for you to take photos. Please note: Members may be on the property outside the catering facility.
Music Restrictions: The town ordinance states that all outdoor music must cease at 11:00 pm.
Parking: We have neighborhood street parking with side walks available . We do not have valet parking, but you are welcome to contract an insured parking service company. The Monroe St Church Lot can be reserved by contacting them directly at 201-652-1966 X 1124, and making a small donation.
